우리 아이들이 예배당에 오자마자 매일성경 말씀묵상을 피고 오늘 묵상 말씀을 보고 있어요! 

John 3:29 says, “The one who has the bride is the bridegroom.

The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom's voice.

Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.”

John is saying that he is like the best man of Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the bridegroom, and the people—John’s disciples who now begin to follow Jesus—are the bride.

John is saying, “I am like a matchmaker between Jesus, the bridegroom, and you, the bride. My mission was to lead you to Jesus.

Now you are united with him. So my mission is finished, and my joy is complete.” and he concluded.

John 3:30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.” (그는 흥하여야 하겠고 나는 쇠하여야 하리라 하니라)

When John says, “He must increase, but I must decrease,” he is not saying that he wants to disappear or that he is not important anymore.

Increase means to become bigger, more known, more important.

John is saying, “More people should know Jesus. More people should listen to Jesus. Jesus should be at the center.”

Decrease means to step back, to not be in the spotlight.

John is saying, “It’s okay if people don’t look at me anymore. I don’t need to be famous. I want people to look at Jesus instead.”

Imagine you are holding a flashlight. At first, the light is on you. But then you turn the flashlight toward Jesus.

Jesus becomes brighter (increase), and you step into the shadow (decrease).

That doesn’t mean you disappear. It means you are pointing people to Jesus.

작년 12월에 졸업했던 우리 6학년 친구들이 T.A. (Teachers' Assistants)로 돌아왔어요! 

바뀐 신분으로 우리 선생님들과 아이들을 도와주기 위해 영어예배부로 왔어요! 

중등부 1학기를 잘 적응하고, 교사교육도 잘 받고!! 2학기부터 정식선생님으로 영어예배에서 함께 할 수 있기를 기도하고 응원할께요!
